Event Information

  • How long will each session be?
    Thematic sessions run for 90 minutes and side events will run for 45 minutes. Please see the agenda for more details.
  • Where will the event be taking place?
    The event is being held at the Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort in Livingstone, Zambia.
  • Are there any discounts for this event?
    The Global EverGreening Alliance runs promotions for their members. If your a GEA member please reach out to acceleratingnbsconference@hallpax.com.
  • Is there sponsorship available for this event?
    Currently, the Global EverGreening is not sponsoring delegates to attend the Accelerating NbS Conference.
  • Do I need a visa?
    There is a list of countries here that will require visa. You should have already received correspondence in regards to applying for your visa. if you have not, please contact the Whatsapp number on the website.
  • Will there be airport pickup?
    Yes. There will be a team member waiting at the airport to escort you to your respective hotels.
  • Will there be on-ground transportation?
    Yes. There will be airport pickup and drop off for all registered delegates free of charge.
  • How do I apply for a side event?
    If you are interested in conducting a side event, please contact: acceleratingnbsconference@hallpax.com
  • Will my accommodation be covered by GEA?
    No. GEA is not currently covering costs for delegates stay.
  • How do I apply for Accommodation?
    Please book your accomodation through the conference website via the tab called Accommodation, there you can book your room for the event and the event team will take it from there.
